In 2016, our founder, Dr. Srey Sophal, who frequently trained doctors in Malaysia using HM Cast products, observed the potential of the bird's nest business in Cambodia. He invited Malaysian bird's nest consultants to Cambodia for research, but the results were not promising. Dr. Srey Sophal didn't give up; he decided to use his house in Phnom Penh as a testing ground for bird's nest cultivation. After several months of testing and fine-tuning, we successfully attracted swiftlets to the bird's nest house, which is now used as a model for investors. Following the success of the Phnom Penh bird's nest house, we decided to build more bird's nest houses in the coastal area, where there is an abundant natural food source for swiftlets. During the care of the bird's nest houses, we discovered that the yield was unstable. We improved the bird's nest houses by testing numerous techniques and blending theories. Ultimately, we achieved excellent results. Subsequently, Dr. Srey Sophal began providing bird's nest house consulting services to local investors in Cambodia, and to date, he has provided consulting services to over 480 bird's nest houses throughout Cambodia.
Cambodia's climate, coupled with abundant natural food sources for swiftlets, makes investing in swiftlet houses a potentially successful venture. Our goal is to become Cambodia's leading swiftlet house construction and management company. We face challenges in certain market segments; therefore, we have established a strategic partnership with a Singaporean partner to attract foreign investment to Cambodia.
Our mission is to bridge the gaps in the investor supply chain to enhance investor portfolios and leverage the advantages of owning the entire supply chain.
Our philosophy is to commit to the "sustainability of the future" of swiftlet houses, rather than simply building them and then neglecting them. We are also committed to ensuring the sustainability of swiftlet house operation practices and the role we play in the swiftlet house projects we participate in, in order to create win-win development.
Our aim is to ensure that the disease prevention and hygiene management of swiftlet houses comply with the laws and regulations of the Cambodian Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, and to ensure that the swiftlets are not contaminated and meet international hygiene standards, including avian influenza virus, Newcastle disease virus, nitrite, aluminum, and other sensory indicators.
